UA SAE Recognized as Outstanding Collegiate Branch

The University of Alabama Society of Automotive Engineers chapter was recently recognized as the SAE International 2007 Honeywell Outstanding Collegiate Branch for Class Three. The chapter will be presented with a certificate and a monetary prize during the SAE 2008 World Congress Faculty Advisors Committee Meeting in April.

Steven Spiehler, a senior from Slidell, La., majoring in health care management at The University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Commerce, has won second place in the prestigious Richard J. Stull Student Essay Competition, sponsored by the American College of Healthcare Executives.
