Two students enrolled in The University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Commerce insurance and risk management curriculum have been chosen to attend national conferences.
Tim Rose, a junior majoring in mechanical engineering from Rochester Hills, Mich., was one of 25 students selected to participate in the 2008 Society of Automotive Engineers Leadership Development Program.

Recipients of the 2008 Premier Awards – the top individual honors for scholarship, leadership and service at The University of Alabama – were announced by UA President Robert E. Witt on Friday, Feb. 29 at a recognition ceremony.
