
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Jimmy Taylor, a Fairhope junior majoring in finance in the Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration, was elected president of The University of Alabama Student Government Association for the 2013-2014 term.
Some 5,873 votes were cast in the election that was held through online voting March 12.
Other executive officers included:

Vice president for academic affairs: Allison Montgomery of Talladega
Vice president for external affairs: Parker Graham of Tuscaloosa
Vice president for financial affairs: Christopher Willis of Oak Ridge, N.C.
Vice president for student affairs: Hamilton Bloom of Montgomery
Executive secretary: Mary Wills of Trussville
