Gregory Bott

Assistant Professor of Information Systems

Dr. Gregory J. Bott’s research focuses on cybersecurity and information privacy. He is also a certified digital forensic examiner and serves as an expert witness in civil and criminal cases. Before academia, he worked in technology for Microsoft Corp. and served as chief technology officer for three organizations. He has published in the Journal of Management Information Systems, the International Workshop on Information Systems Security, Communications of the AIS, the Americas Conference on Information Systems and the International Conference on Information Systems. He is a recipient of the National Science Foundation’s information assurance and security CyberCorps Scholarship for Service award.
