The UA campus community is invited to attend presentations by the four finalists for the position of dean of the College of Communication and Information Sciences starting April 20.
Each candidate will engage with several student, staff and faculty groups and make a presentation to the campus community. Presentations by the candidates, followed by question-and-answer sessions moderated by search committee chair Dr. Andrew Billings, will take place in the Camellia Room of Gorgas Library on the following dates and times:
- April 20, 9-10:15 a.m.
- April 21, 1:30-2:45 p.m.
- April 27, 10:30-11:45 a.m.
- April 28, 1:30-2:45 p.m.
The presentations will be recorded and posted on the C&IS dean search website as they are available. All information will remain on the website until noon Monday, May 2.
Candidate information, including CV and feedback forms for the four candidates, will be posted on the C&IS dean search website by April 19. UA faculty, staff and students can access the information using their myBama login credentials. The materials will remain on the website until May 2.
Feedback forms should be completed before May 2 as well.
