UA Distributing Masks to Students for the Spring Semester

A graphic of a mask that reads, "Need a mask? We've got you covered!"Students can pick up free, new face masks as they return to campus this week. Masks are available while supplies last, with a limit of two per student, and will be distributed at two campus hubs.

Locations and times for mask distribution:

  • Student Recreation Center, Front Desk
    • Tuesday, Jan. 12 to Friday, Jan. 15, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Ferguson Student Center, Information Booth
    • Tuesday, Jan. 12 to Friday, Jan. 15, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Health Hut will also be handing out masks throughout the semester, while supplies last.

Face coverings are required on campus, with limited exceptions.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends washing masks at least once daily; disposable masks should be thrown away after wearing them once.
