Apparel design students created outfits made from upcycled materials. The fashion show allows students to be creative while promoting sustainability. Tee Time is held each year close to Earth Day. “Tee Time is an opportunity for students studying apparel design to approach sustainability design in a creative way,” said Brian Taylor, apparel design instructor. “Students were required to use recycled garments or alternative materials to design pieces that push their creativity,” said Brian Taylor, apparel design instructor. UA students modeled the designs. Tee Time is held each year on the lawn of Doster Hall. All designs were made from repurposed materials.
