New York City has been home to numerous activist movements. But according to one University of Alabama professor and New York City native, the Big Apple was late to show much activism against one of the leading killers in the United States because of the heavy influence of its producers.
The 12th annual Documenting Justice film screening will be Tuesday, April 24, at 7 p.m. at the Bama Theatre in downtown Tuscaloosa. The screening is free and open to the public.
