A group of UA students, led by Dr. Mary Kay Meyer, associate dean of the College of Human Environmental Sciences, and Kim Boyle, assistant professor of hospitality management, spent a week in Bologna, Italy, on a culinary and history tour in May.

The weeklong trip to Italy was part of UA’s Education Abroad program. Planning for next year’s tour is already underway.
