The University of Alabama School of Music is hosting its 48th annual Christmas concert, “Hilaritas.” The concert will be held at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 8 at the Moody Concert Hall with an encore performance on Dec. 10 at 3 p.m.

The University of Alabama celebrated the conclusion of its 2017 United Way Campaign by presenting a check for $454,929 to the United Way of West Alabama. The campaign, hosted by UA’s College of Community Health Sciences, surpassed its goal by more than 21 percent.
