Bicycles engineered by the Rock the Bike company in Oakland, California, will power all the concert stage, lighting and sound for the Yellowhammer Festival on Sunday, April 3. The event is a music and arts festival that focuses on health and environmental sustainability. The festival is hosted by The University of Alabama’s Creative Campus, the Student Government Association and University Programs.
Seth Panitch, professor of theatre, was chosen as the 2016 Southeastern Conference Faculty Achievement Award winner for The University of Alabama.
