“Elect to be Healthy” and attend the 21st Annual UA Employee Health Fair on Oct. 5 from 7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. in Coleman Coliseum. UA employees and spouses can receive a flu shot from University Medical Center, hearing test in the Hear Here Alabama mobile hearing center, blood pressure check from MedCenter Urgent Care and vision screening from Walmart Vision Center.
Winn-Dixie Pharmacy will give shingles vaccines to employees and spouses who are 50 or older and covered by UA’s medical plan.
Beginning at 8 a.m., attend a variety of 30-minute “Hands on Health” demonstrations presented by local partners.
All benefit-eligible employees can join the WellBAMA program and receive WellBama health screenings.
Finally, remember to sample food and refreshments and enter to win exciting door prizes.
