Historian Mary Louise Roberts to Present Lecture at UA About the Corpse

Dr. Mary Louise Roberts, an internationally recognized historian and distinguished professor at the University of Wisconsin at Madison, will present “Five Ways to Read a Corpse” at 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, . in room 38 of Lloyd Hall on The University of Alabama campus. The lecture, which is sponsored by the department of history, is free and open to the public.

International Relations Club at UA Receives Awards at Model U.N. in Mexico City

A delegation from the Alabama International Relations Club at The University of Alabama recently received awards at the fifth annual Harvard National Model United Nations- Latin America conference in Mexico City.
A group of 10 UA students traveled to the week-long event, where they debated international politics and discussed solutions to critical global issues with hundreds of students from universities around the world.
