UA Seeks Subjects for Research Study on Hearing

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Adult volunteers 19 years or older are needed for a research study on hearing conducted by The University of Alabama’s department of communicative disorders.

Testing will take place from 2 to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5, at the Speech and Hearing Center. Testing will take approximately one hour to complete. A $25 gift card will be provided.

The department of communicative disorders is part of UA’s College of Arts and Sciences, the University’s largest division and the largest liberal arts college in the state. Students from the College have won numerous national awards including Rhodes Scholarships, Goldwater Scholarships and memberships on the USA Today Academic All American Team.
