TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Students from The University of Alabama recently won a number of awards from the Society of Professional Journalists Region 3 Mark of Excellence Award, including best large daily campus newspaper for The Crimson White.
First-place winners in print and broadcast categories will compete for national SPJ awards, which will be announced later in spring.
