The 2014 Guide to Military Friendly Colleges & Universities, part of the Military Advanced Education magazine, has named The University of Alabama one of its top schools.

UA Environmental Council to Host Film Showing

he University of Alabama Environmental Council invites the public to a free film viewing and discussion at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 27, in the Ferguson Theatre on campus. The Southern Exposure event, sponsored by the Southern Environmental Law Center, features a collection of documentaries designed to raise awareness about environmental issues that affect Alabama’s natural treasures as well as Alabamians’ health, economy and quality of life.
