Inaugural Coca-Cola First-Generation Scholars Honored – Ceremony Highlights

The University of Alabama’s 12 inaugural Coca-Cola First-Generation Scholars were honored today in an on-campus ceremony. The 12 students are the first in a series of UA students who will receive $5,000 scholarships each year for four years, courtesy of the Coca-Cola First Generation Scholarship program.

Regions Bank Donates Bikes

Regions Bank Donates Bikes

Regions Bank has donated 25 of their green bicycles to UA’s BamaBikes program. The BamaBikes program allows UA students, faculty and staff to rent a bicycle for use on campus for a very small charge. The donation from Regions almost doubles the number of bikes currently in the BamaBikes program.
