UA gets generally high marks in APR report

The University of Alabama got generally high marks from its NCAA Academic Progress Rate (APR) report, released by the NCAA on Wednesday, with the exception that men’s basketball got a score below the national cutoff standard. A total of 13 of UA’s 21 athletic teams got scores higher than the national average, with 13 sports scoring high enough to reach the NCAA’s standard as high-performing teams academically, including a score for volleyball in the top 10 percent in the nation.
