• The Tuscaloosa Fire Department will hold fire training exercises in Lloyd Hall Monday, May 12 through Saturday, May 17. Several fire trucks will be parked in front and on the sides of Lloyd Hall. Also, the fire department will have a staging area in the Moody Music Building parking lot. This is a cooperative venture between the City of Tuscaloosa and UA in emergency preparedness training.
• The University has awarded campus beverage and snack vending to Buffalo Rock/Pepsi. All commissions from the new UA vending contract support the general scholarship fund.
