UA Student Support Services Opens in Ferguson Center Office

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The University of Alabama Student Support Services, (SSS) has opened a new branch office on the first floor of the Ferguson Center.

The new SSS office will make services more convenient for the 200 first-generation, income-eligible, and/or disabled participants in the SSS Program.

An Open House for the new branch office will be held at the Ferguson Center on Tuesday, March 23, from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Students enrolled in or interested in the program can meet SSS counselors Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from noon-4 p.m. in the open-air office suites outside the Bama Dining office and Hair Techniques. Anyone seeking more information about SSS can find brochures and other items on display as well as SSS staff members who are available to answer questions.
