Tree to be Dedicated at UA Nov. 13 in Honor of Tuscaloosa’s James, Marine and Anna Brown

The University of Alabama will honor Tuscaloosans James Maxwell Brown, his sister, Marine L. Brown, and first cousin, Anna Brown, for their lifetimes of service to the University and Tuscaloosa community by dedicating a tree in their honor Thursday, Nov. 13 at 10 a.m. on the UA Quad.

September Home Sales Drop but Still Fourth Highest, According to UA Real Estate Center

After two consecutive record setting months, home sales in Alabama slowed in September, down 14.2 percent from August, according to figures compiled by the Alabama Real Estate Research and Education Center at The University of Alabama.

Re-ACT, Re-CARD — UA Students Required to Replace Action Cards

With The University of Alabama’s recent conversion to a campus wide ID number as the student identifier, all UA students will be required to replace their current Action Card with the new Action Card by Nov. 21.
