University of Alabama students have formed two new sororities on campus this year. Both organizations’ values emphasize diversity and multiculturalism, and both groups initiated their first members this spring.

Dolly to Step Down as Dean of UA College of Education

Dr. John P. Dolly, dean of the College of Education, will be stepping down from his administrative appointment effective July 1. He will take administrative leave for one year before returning to full time teaching and research in August 2004, according to interim provost, Dr. Judy Bonner.
