Alabama artist and retired University of Alabama professor Richard Zoellner, whose widely-collected paintings and sculpture-like prints were known for their energy and vibrant application of color and pattern, died Thursday, March 6 at the age of 94.

UA Alumni Weekend to be Held During A-Day Activities

The University of Alabama National Alumni Association has planned an Alumni Weekend for the Class of 1953 and the Golden Fifties Club (alumni who graduated prior to 1953). The festivities will take place during the annual A-Day Weekend, March 28-29.
