UA Director Named NACAS South Representative

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Susan Herndon Caples, director of Union Services at The University of Alabama, has been elected to serve as the South representative on the board of directors for the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS).

Caples’ term began on Oct. 15. She has been an active member of the association and has held many leadership positions, including NACAS South president.

The NACAS is the largest auxiliary support organization serving higher education. They provide information and education to professionals in higher education support services. Members include colleges and universities from the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.
