TUSCALOOSA, Ala. –The University of Alabama Student Recreation Center is holding a special event, “Sweatin’ for a Cause” to help raise food for the West Alabama Food Bank on Saturday, April 8, at 10:30 a.m.
The event is open to individuals age 16 and older who donate three cans of food. Participants can take part in a 90-minute kick boxing master class with bags and gloves, a 90-minute combo, step, and sculpt class (20/20/20), and a 50-minute water aerobics class. The event is open to the community; individuals must have a photo ID to participate.
