State Single-Family Housing Sales Bounce Back After June Decline, According to UA Center

Sales of existing, single-family homes bounced back 5.6 percent in July, up from June’s decline of 6.7 percent, according to statistics released by the Alabama Real Estate Research and Education Center at The University of Alabama.
